Canadian Pacific Railway's Customer Station is a web application designed to help the clients manage their shipments and equipment. As a critical touchpoint in the customer's journey, the original solution was a desktop-only experience. With the commitment to improve the quality of service and realize the mobile strategy, we worked closely with the CX team to enhance the web app to meet user needs and support the release plan.
This project is under NDA so unfortunately I am not able to include the design documentations here.I was responsible for the heuristic evaluation, the user flows creation, and the usability testing. I worked with the client on features prioritization. I also collaborated closely with the front-end developer on the prototype so it would be ready for usability testing with the customers.
